A fun day on the beach and in/on the water.

Location: Loughbeg Beach, Ringaskiddy

Recommended gear:
- swim gear/wetsuit (strongly recommended)
- if your cub has one: personal flotation device (PFD) – ensure it is labelled
- towel
- T-shirt and shorts for swim test (see below)
- change of clothes
- sun hat
- sun cream
- snacks/lunch
- plenty of water
As part of the event all participants are required to undergo a (fun) swim test to determine the confidence and skill level of the children. This test will be done while wearing shorts, t-shirt. Please send some suitable clothing for that along.

- Water Safety (provided by Cork Water Safety group)
Please note that car parking is limited due to the large number of participants at this event.
