The Annual General Meeting of the Douglas & St. FinBarres Scout Group will take place on Friday, November 17th at 7:30 pm in the John Slye Scout Hall, Douglas.
The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting will consist of the following:
- The report of the Group Leader.
- The report of the Group Secretary.
- The accounts prepared by the Group Treasurer.
- The report of the Group Quartermaster.
- The election of the:
Group Chairperson
Group Secretary
Group Treasurer
Group Quartermaster - Any other business
Nominations for the election of Group Chairperson, Group Secretary, Group Treasurer, Group Quartermaster must be sent to the Group Secretary by email no later than 6 pm on Wednesday, November 15th
