General forms:
The above forms should be filled in electronically if possible. Use Adobe Acrobat Reader on the PC/Mac or the Adobe Reader app on your mobile device. These will allow you to fill and sign the forms.
Vetting forms – please read the instructions here first:

- Vetting Invitation: Form (NVB 1)Vetting form NVB1
- Parent/Guardian Consent: Form (NVB 3) for anyone under the age of 18
- Adults please use ‘Scouter’ for role form field, youth member please use ‘Venture Scout’
- Use ‘Scouting Ireland’ for the organisation form field
The above vetting forms must be filled in by hand, signed and presented to the group leader for verification.
