Cups for Hot Chocolate
Participants and leaders who wishes to have hot chocolate after the event must bring their own cups. Paper cups will not be provided. Metal mugs not recommended as they can get quite hot with warm drink in them
Barriers
Coillte have advised us that the entrance barrier to Farran Woods will be opened from 10:20 am to 11:25 am to facilitate drop off and 1:35 pm to 2:40 pm to facilitate collection. The exit barrier will open once a vehicle approaches it. A strict one-way system operates in Farran Woods. Normal Coillte rates (€5) apply outside of these times, this is outside the control of the organising team. Card payments only.
Parking
Groups are asked to carpool where possible to reduce the number of cars entering the car park. Please leave the woods as fast as possible to free up car park spaces. No collections or drop offs are to take place on the main road outside the woods under any circumstances.
