The Annual General Meeting of the Douglas & St. Fin Barre’s Scout Group will take place on Friday, November 20th at 8:30 pm in the John Slye Scout Hall, Douglas.
The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting will consist of the following:
- The report of the Group Leader
- The report of the Group Secretary
- The accounts prepared by the Group Treasurer
- The report of the Group Quartermaster
- The election of the
– Group Chairperson
– Group Secretary
– Group Treasurer
– GroupQuartermaster
– Youth Champion - The nominations of the Group Leader and Deputy Group Leaders
- Any other recommendations for the Scout Group Council
Nominations for the election of Group Chairperson, Group Secretary, Group Treasurer, Group Quartermaster Youth Champion must be sent to the Group Secretary by email (dsfgroupsecretary@douglasscouts.ie) no later than 6 pm on Monday, November 17th
