Most of our sections use the Spond team management platform. This helps us to track attendance, contact parents and keep the noise on other communication platforms such as WhatsApp down significantly. Parents are not required to install the app – the platform also allows parents to respond via email to event invitations etc.. Using the app has some advantages though such as the automatic insertion of events into your Google/Apple calendar. Some help for using the app as a parent/guardian can be found here.
